• Orders are confirmed once payment is received.
• Prices listed include applicable taxes (unless mentioned otherwise).
• We may cancel orders if there are payment issues, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are shipped within 5 business days.
• Delivery times depend on your location and courier service.
• We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the nature of personal care products, we don’t accept returns on opened items.
• If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with proof, and we’ll replace it.
• Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method.
